The recruiting process as an applicant

These are the steps you can expect the process to entail if you are invited for an interview:
Preliminary interview with one of our consultants in our office

Introduction to the position and company in question
- Discussion of expectations and motivation
- Second interview at the client – we participate too
- Possible test case during the interview
- Third interview based on personality type test
- Final meeting with contract negotiation
